Friendly staff. Excellent restaurant. Comfortable and well-stocked bar. Walking distance to concert venue. No charges for on-street parking on weekends. Good location for city center and attractions. Free Wi-Fi.

The hotel is located in a great area with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops around. You can easily walk straight down Sauchiehall St or along the Clyde into the city center. The hotel also offers a close proximity to excellent choices of restaurants and the Exhibition Centre train station. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean, offering a comfortable stay. The staff is attentive and helpful, making sure that guests have a pleasant experience.
One reviewer mentioned that some of the staff could have been friendlier, which slightly affected the overall service.

Loved staying at this hotel! It was ideally located for the event I was attending, within a 15-minute walk of the city centre. The area was nice with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops around. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities provided were satisfactory. The room had a comfy bed, although an upgrade would be nice, and the breakfast, especially the fried eggs, was delicious and worth the price. a great experience!
As for the negative aspect, the water in the shower was freezing, making it impossible to take a proper shower.

The hotel had a contemporary look and feel, with great facilities. The room was lovely and had nice finishes throughout. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was great, being close to the city centre and within walking distance to the theatre we were going to. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was very good. It was also convenient to have a restaurant and cocktail bar in the hotel.

The bar and restaurant at Lorne Hotel were impressive. The cocktails were delicious, and the spacious and upscale ambiance added to the overall experience. Additionally, the breakfast offered was good, providing a satisfying start to the day. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its enjoyable amenities.
